In 2003, he becomes Chief Executive Officer France of Euro RSCG Worldwide and, in 2005, Executive Co-Chairman.
In 2011, he becomes Vice-President of Havas Group.
Stephane is also an international political advisor. He has, for example, been an advisor to the Polish President (Aleksander Kwaśniewski (1995 - 2005), and to the Israeli Prime Minister, Ehud Barak. He has worked for the French Socialist Party.
Stephane used to give speeches during seminars. He has spoken for the French American Foundation, in the prestigious American University of Princeton and during the Young Leaders convention in New York.
Several sectors, several professions. Politic, Economy, Media, on one side. Advertising, Marketing, Council, on the other one. Airbus, BNP Paribas, LVMH, Alcatel, Cap Gemini, Microsoft…
Bosses and politic men praise him as a wise adviser.
Stephane has a Master degree in Public Law (University Paris I Pantheon Sorbonne), a DESS (degree awarded after a five-year course of study) in Political and Social Communication (Paris I), has studied at the IEP (Political sciences).
He is the author of a book published by "Plon" in 2007, entitled "Les nouvelles élites". We could summarize it in the following way: In France, the new elites are ready to reach the power. Who are they? What do they think about their country? What do they want to change? And, especially, what are they going to change?
Since 2009 he is Administrator for IMAGINE Foundation and for IRIS. Stephane Fouks has also joined the Board of Directors of Médecins Sans Frontière (MSF) in 2009.
Finally, Stephane was appointed “Chevalier de l’Ordre National du Mérite” in 2005 and “Chevalier de la Légion d'honneur” in 2008.
